Hey Stakkas. Have you seen the latest short from Promote Shetland? What a blast the last 2 years has been. Thank you Kate Humble for the chat with cameras. We wouldn't have made it this far without Bigton Collective, Shetland Islands Council, HIE and Business Gateway. Not long to wait before we open our (new) doors.

Hey Stakkas. Are you keen to join our team?

We are running a summer pop up and have vacancies to fill. It would be amazing if you have barista experience but don't worry if you have none. We will provide the training if you bring the enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Hey Stakkas. We will be at the Taste of Shetland event on 20 June rather than Bigton. For many, this will save you a drive as it is at Fort Charlotte. Looking forward to seeing you all there. ☕️

Come find us at the regatta from 1200 tomorrow. is back in the Hymhus usual time with filter coffee available. The Espresso machine will be down at the beach so come and cheer on the squads.

Hey Stakkas.

It is Bigton Regatta this week which means we are on the beach from 12.00 with all our usual drinks plus BBQ and a bar.. The bakery is up at the Hall over the usual time with filter coffee available but no espresso drinks.

Hopefully catch you all at the beach. ☕️

Hey Stakkas,

Just an appreciation post for the . We are rather lucky to have a space to use every Saturday but more so to help out at events like last night.

and put on the most beautiful set whilst having us all in stitches. .nicholson played some old and new tunes that just set the night off. As ever, the sound and lighting were on point to make a truly magical evening.

There were smiles and joy written over everyone's face without a drop of alcohol in site. How lucky we are to have this in our community.

Hey Stakkas.

The green beans are in the store. The bags have arrived. All we need now is something to roast on. As we wait on delivery, we will continue to serve the delicious Argyll Coffee Roasters coffee on a Saturday morning.
