From farm to cup—here’s a quick look at how processing shapes what you taste. Filmed with our partners in Peru, this video shows three common methods:
👉Natural (dried with the fruit on for bigger, fruitier sweetness)
👉Pulped Natural/Honey (skin removed, some mucilage left for a balanced, syrupy profile)
👉Washed(fully cleaned before drying for a brighter, cleaner cup).

Day 2 of travel to get to jaen

Going from chicalayo to jaen which over 6 hours drive this is the road the lorry's that ship the coffee out to Sheffield

Today journey is into the mountains to meet the farmers and showcase the amazing work they do

Yesterday was the start of my journey to visit the peru people that are responsible for our much loved peru tunki will hopefully get into coffee country this afternoon follow the trip to learn more.

The idea of these visit is to shorten the gap from farm to cup.
