For everyone wondering what’s happening with the fundraiser: following the advice of his solicitor, Ricky has made the decision not to buy the shop for various reasons as explained in the video below.

Thank you to all our loyal customers who donated and supported us during this difficult time.

We’ll be staying open for the time being as Ricky is continuing to rent the building.

Turkey Tail isn’t some synthetic invention. It’s not new. It’s not exotic. It’s a fungus that’s been part of European ecosystems for centuries, with a long history of traditional use — and yet it’s now been labelled a “novel food” in the UK.
