With the night temperatures not going below 18 degrees it’s not the best time to be delivering milk. If you don’t want a delivery Wednesday or Friday this week please message me asap as what ever I have left will have to be thrown at a cost to myself.

Just a few ideas to try and keep milk cool when it’s been delivered. When the night temperatures are this high I do start 2 hours later than usual. But also want to be done for 7am so if people go to work early, it’s not sat there all day.

The van is in the garage so I’ll be delivering in the car tonight, should be around the same sort of times. May leave a few empties if I can’t fit them in. Should be back to normal Friday 🤞🏻🤞🏻

So after a little messing about and the van wanting to break down Iv picked my milk up and and it’s now in my fridge. I’ve taken the decision to deliver Fridays milk tonight 11pm onwards. We might not get any snow but I like to play safe. I am short on eggs but will be picking more up in the morning so will drop them off during the day. Hope this isn’t a problem.

Extremely dangerous on all side roads and parts of the main road. Very icy out there be careful. Looking at the forecast for Thursday/ Friday I will probably deliver Thursday day time to try and beat the snow/ice.
