From slow-cooked to ready to serve, here’s how our duck comes to life in the kitchen.

We start by gently cooking the duck legs low and slow, allowing the fat to render and the meat to become perfectly tender. Once ready, each leg is carefully stripped and de-boned by hand, keeping all that rich, flavorful meat intact.

From there, it’s vacuum packed and pressed to create an even texture, then cooled down to lock in moisture and depth of flavor. Finally, it’s cut and portioned ready for its final moment on the plate.

Simple process. Serious flavor.
