▪️ We prepare it in the same way as the classic one, but the main difference is the water temperature and the absence of eggs in the composition. This makes it more elastic and softer ☝🏼 Dumplings and dumplings do not boil, and can be tasted even by those who are allergic to eggs.

▪️For 4 years of existence, we have tried several options for making dough for dumplings and dumplings. Initially, only the classic dough was kneaded with flour, water, oil and eggs.
