As most of you will know by now, I am no longer at the Hollybush, my restaurant was taken over by the garden centre in November, when they didn't renew my lease.
I had hoped to be able to continue in local premises, but sadly that wasn't to be.
As you can imagine it has taken me a long time to come to terms with this major change in my life, but finally I think I am ready to move forward.
I had successfully run my business for over 40years,with the help of my brilliant team, who have supported me through multiple recessions, covid lockdown, my hip replacement, and most recently, my cancer treatment,and for this I cannot thank them enough.
I also thank our loyal customers who have been with us throughout, and can only apologise, as I feel I have let you down,believe me, if I could have changed the outcome, I would have.
As I move into the next phase of my life, I will carry many happy memories with me.
Once again a massive thankyou to you all!
Onwards and upwards!!
