Opening Times for 2026:

10am – 10pm from 26th March to 31st August - with last entry 9.30pm.

10am – 9pm from 1st September to 1st November - with last entry 8.30pm. Please note Last Exit from the Top Entrance known as the Old Village Entrance is 15 minutes before the Chine closes. After this time, there is no access out of Shanklin Chine via the Top Entrance. The exit is via the Bottom Entrance as known as Esplanade/ Accessibility/Family Entrance. Visitors purchasing tickets for Shanklin Chine, will automatically receive 7 days of free re-entry. That’s totally unlimited returns within the 7 days following your first day’s visit!
