For all the people of Shanklin 9 years ago we opened our little burger joint and this is just a little thank u .
We as much as possible use local ingredients, ie in our home made garlic mayo the garlic in as it can be from the islands famous garlic farm . Our beef comes from a local farm and is fresh in every day apart from Sunday , but don’t worry we order extra on Saturday to make sure we have enough.
We only use rapeseed oil in our chip fry’s . All our mayo is Hellman’s . Also we know times can be hard & that is why we keep our prices so low , a deal from us is a proper one .here’s to another 9 years although that would make me 75 years young ! Wow where does the time go?
