We’ve teamed up with The Steamy Pheasant Sauna on Saturday, 29th August to bring you the ultimate chillout session with full festival energy, looking right out over the Blackmore Vale.

BREAD IS READY WHEN BREAD IS READY. 🍞

Slow fermentation doesn't follow a clock, and it certainly doesn't care about the unpredictable British weather! Unlike mass-produced factory sourdough or commercial yeast bread loaded with quick fixes, real artisan bread has a life of its own.

When the atmospheric pressure shifts or the temperature swings, the dough dictates the schedule. That means if a batch reaches peak perfection at 1:00 AM... then 1:00 AM is when Daniel is at the ovens baking it. No shortcuts, no cheeky fillers—just flour, water, salt, and pure dedication.

After an incredible few months at Ye Olde Two Brewers, we wanted to finish summer the only way we know how...

With a proper garden party.

This summer has been something special.

🎭 Shaftesbury Fringe filled our garden with music, laughter and amazing people.

⚽ We celebrated football together.

🎾 We cheered through tennis.

🎧 Our electronic evenings brought generations together on one dancefloor.

Now we're bringing some of our favourite DJs and performers back for one final celebration before autumn arrives.

Whether you're 18 or 80...

Whether you're here for the beats, the beer, the food, the sunshine or simply the atmosphere...

🎤🎧 OPEN MIC x OPEN DECK — WHAT A NIGHT! 🎧🎤

How did it go?

Well… we were two staff members down, the kitchen was absolutely slammed, food was flying out, drinks were flying out, and the bar was packed.

And somehow… we pulled it off. 🙌

But the real stars of the night were the performers.

We went from Spice Girls to nosebleed Drum & Bass and pretty much EVERY genre in between. 😂🔥

On paper, that probably shouldn't work.

But it REALLY did.

Different performers brought different crowds. Different generations mixed together. DJs followed musicians, musicians followed DJs, people danced, sang along, ate, drank and generally had a bloody good time.

That was exactly the idea behind Open Mic x Open Deck — music is music. Whether you're behind a microphone, holding a guitar or standing behind a pair of decks, we're all just sharing the stuff we love.

Massive thank you to every performer, everyone who came along, and our team who somehow kept the machine running when we were two people down. ❤️

NEXT ONE — 26TH SEPTEMBER 🎤🎧

It'll be darker.
It'll be cooler.
And we'll highly likely be taking the whole thing indoors for a proper intimate pub session.

We've already got performers lined up, but there are still a couple of spaces available for Open Mic and Open Deck.
