This grand old coaching inn has been in continuous use since at least the early 1800s. In the nineteenth century it served food and drink to coachmen, weary passengers and a highwayman or two as they travelled up and down the busy London to Hastings coaching route. These days it still provides a warm welcome to those using the busy London Road, serving refreshing drinks and home cooked food in the

pretty village of Dunton Green, just 2 miles north of Sevenoaks. Our lovely Sharon has worked in the company for 29 years now… and we wouldn’t know what to do without her!🩷

Sharon is absolute lightning in a bottle⚡️Not only is she always on top of her game, but her sharp wit will be sure to have you charmed as soon as you meet her. For Sharon, nothing is ever too much trouble. She has an effortless magic when it comes to looking after our guests, going above and beyond for anyone who walks through the doors.
