This week, we are stepping into the heart of the building to introduce our brilliant new Head Chef, David! 👨‍🍳🔥🥘

David is the culinary mastermind taking charge of our kitchen team, bringing fresh energy, incredible skill, and plenty of passion to the pass. Whether he’s perfecting our classic pub favorites or whipping up exciting new dishes for the menu, his focus is always on delivering top-tier flavor to your table.

We are absolutely thrilled to have him leading the kitchen crew and making sure every plate that leaves the pass is spot on.

This week, we are shining the spotlight on the master coordinator behind the scenes—meet our Operations & Reservations Manager, Julie! 💻📅✨

If you’ve ever booked a stay with us, organized a special event, or wondered how our day-to-day operations run so flawlessly, Julie is the answers to all of those questions! Sitting at the helm with her trusty laptop, she keeps the gears turning and ensures everything behind the scenes is perfectly organized.

With her vibrant style, incredible organization skills, and dedication to keeping The Seal running smoothly, we truly don't know what we would do without her!
