A 16th century Grade II listed Farmhouse now delivery outstanding boutique Bed & Breakfast accommodation, and a fabulous dog friendly Cafe serving a locally sourced menu, barista coffee & drinks. Just around the corner from the Seven Sisters Country Park visitor centre, located in the courtyard of a 16th Century flint building called Exceat Farmhouse. Offering takeaway hot and cold drinks and a se

lection of home cooked savories, ciabattas, soup and cakes. Opening times vary during low season from Oct-Mar but visitors will mostly likely find it open on a fine photographic day. Somewhat hidden and weather dependent, locals in the know check social media or the website before venturing out. The real secret though is that behind the café, in the main building of the farmhouse, there is also a beautiful boutique hotel with 6 bedrooms and a suite with fireplace.

If you’re up and ready to explore one of the walks in the beautiful , we’re open from 9am.

Our crispy pea fritters, smashed pea fritters, crumbled feta, blushed cherry tomatoes, toasted seeds and tomato chutney, have been a real favourite. There’s plenty on the menu to choose from, including caramel French toast, smoked salmon and eggs, and a plant-based works breakfast.

Breakfast is served until 11:30am ☕️

We love seeing photos from our guests during their stay.

Klaas joined us for two nights recently, spending time exploring the Seven Sisters, Brighton and a National Trust garden nearby. A lovely reminder of how much there is to see and do in this part of Sussex.
