Important Notice Regarding Our Phone Line

As part of BT’s nationwide digital upgrade, all traditional landlines in the UK are being phased out, with the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) scheduled to be fully switched off by December 2025.

To stay ahead of this transition, we upgraded to a digital phone line in September 2024.

Please be aware of the following changes:

BT has removed the traditional “engaged” tone on all digital lines.

If our line is currently in use, you will no longer hear a busy signal.

Instead, a pre-recorded voice message will play.

If you are unable to reach us by phone, we kindly ask that you try again shortly.
For greater convenience, you can also download our app "New Sun Rise" from the App Store to place your order quickly and easily.
