Hi all,

We never imagined we'd be writing something like this.

This morning, before opening the cafe, our beautiful mum, Claire, suffered a cardiac arrest.

Right now, Mum is in a critical condition, and we're all by her side, praying with everything we have that she pulls through.

Because our family needs to be together, the cafe will be closed tomorrow. We'll keep you updated over the coming days when we can.

We want to thank the incredible paramedics, who were there within minutes. We will never forget the care, compassion and professionalism they showed.

Our mum is the heart of our family and the heart of our cafe. So many of you know and love her, and we know she'll be in the thoughts of so many people today.

Please keep mum in your hearts and prayers. We're holding on to hope and praying for a full recovery. If anyone has the strength to fight this, it's our mum. She's always been a fighter, and she's an absolute trooper.

Thank you all for your love, understanding and support. It means more to us than you'll ever know💚

It’s a bittersweet day as we say goodbye to Ethan💚

Ethan first walked through our doors as a 14 year old lad, turning up every Saturday and throughout the holidays without fail. From day one, he showed a work ethic beyond his years, always willing to graft, get stuck in, and help wherever he could. Watching him grow into the young man he is today has been a pleasure for all of us.

He’s now moving on to a new job, and while we’ll miss having him around, we couldn’t be prouder of him. This is the next chapter in his journey, and we know he’ll smash it, just as he always has here.

Thank you for all your hard work, loyalty, and the laughs along the way, Ethan. We wish you nothing but success and happiness in your new role.

Good luck Ethan, you’ll always be part of the team 💚
