If Mac’n’Cheese were Lasagne
All the classic flavours and parts of the lasagne but done as our macaroni cheese!
Delicious.
This “taster” didn’t last long with the team sharing it rather quickly, even though it was after lunches were had!!
So get yourself in and start the week the proper way!!

Come visit us. Enjoy the new more relaxed vibes as we enjoy making your space - which obvs is our space - more Eat Me and more chilled.

We are nearly there. A few more tweaks and painting and a couple more additions and the redesign will be done!!

So come take a goosey now and then come back again for the final draft and the again when the menus are redesigned and printed and again because you love it and again because we love you 🥰

Still more things being completed and looking amazing. Thanks to my husband - and the creative force behind all things Eat Me for the last 15.5 years - our Eat Me at the SJT is looking decidedly more Eat Me than ever.
So come get a proper shufty of OG style EMC.

New week and new layout.

So welcome y’all to our new week, the last week of Sir Alan’s Trial of Romeo Oscar, first full week of our new extended counter space being everything from one location for us.
No longer do we “share” the bar at the end of the room, like OG EMC we now do it all from one location!
The design needs a little finishing flourishes and tweaking but we are all but there!
So come and see us for our new look, next is the menu and ideas for future specials and this includes everything from themes to cocktails to weekly shout outs and so so much more.
Get ready for Not Your Usual Negroni Week! Monday Madnesses! Spritz O’Clocks and more more more…

Morning Faithful

So yesterday saw the departure of our specials board as we have been using now for some 6+ years!
The blackboard of specials is No More!

We have a glorious return to our long established Hymns and Psalms special board as per OG Eat Me.
In all its glory on the new wall decor.

So come take a gander at us now we are more OG Eat Me than we have been able to be for more than 6 years!
More changes and embellishing and OG style shenanigans and food and just general EMC style and looks and behaviours on their way!!

Many of you may not even remember OG EMC! But now’s the chance to see some more of what makes us US!

What can we say?
The Cosy Vegan Bites have landed us with a dilemma. So many options. This is the cookie twist of midnight snacking. Chocolate and salted crisps, combined and enhanced by each other’s presence.
This is a delight. Tried by yours truly and the husband whilst we made another chunk of redesign and rebuild on the “new” space.
This is a winner winner baby!
There’s also an Autumn Spiced Apple Crumble cake and Miso Sticky Toffee Blondie and finally another cookie to get your chompers around. But you’ll have to come in to see what this mouthful is ….. rest assured it’s also totes amazeballs!!🥰

Firstly. Thanks for being patient on the improvements and our wee bit of untidiness whilst we make our “improvements” on the space and decor. It’s getting there. And talking of getting there… we will be opening at 12noon on Monday 21st as we come that bit closer to realizing the outcome of our endeavours.
So OPEN FROM 12NOON on Monday 21st. Thanks.

Secondly, apologies for not being very active or chatty this week. It has been a long week of maximising hours in the building pre opening and even after closing to get these modifications done and decided on. So apologies for not blethering your hind legs off during the week!! This post is a little towards making up for that, but next week may send youse all over the edge - well if things go to plan and we do have a mostly finished space and then I can start on the other things 🥰
