After many wonderful years, Periwinkle has closed its doors,
Thank you so much for being part of our journey 🤍 Periwinkle Pottery still open and located on The Strand, Saundersfoot. We are situated in the beautiful seaside village of Saundersfoot, with lots of beautiful walks, shops and other venues. During Covid we refurbished the bistro with a Mediterranean cosy feel and moved the pottery cerami

c painting cafe to its own studio located on The Strand a very short walk from the Bistro. We serve quality freshly prepared traditional local food and Mediterranean cuisine, home-baking and a lovely selection of quality wines, cocktails, gins, spirits, Spanish sherry & Vermont's are available at the bar. We serve breakfast, lunch, snacks and cakes during the day along with traditional home cooked Mediterranean Cuisine, Tapas and Mezes on Friday and Saturday evening. We are dog and family friendly, we look forward to welcoming you.

Well… the secret is getting out 👀✨

Ssshhhh… don’t tell everyone! 🤫

We are SO excited to officially share that Hourglass Speakeasy Boutique will be relocating into the beautiful Periwinkle Bistro premises on Cambrian Terrace, Saundersfoot 🤍

Over the last year, Hourglass has grown more than we ever imagined, and thanks to all of your incredible support, we’ve completely outgrown our current little space ❤️

This move will allow us to do so much more — with more room for our boutique stock (and who doesn’t want more designer bags and jewellery?! ✨), a dedicated permanent jewellery space, more indoor and outdoor seating, and more room to welcome you for one of our special cocktails, a glass of wine, or a barista coffee.

There will also be a refreshed menu, exciting new experiences, and plenty of surprises along the way…

It will still be the same style, vibe, and everything you already love about Hourglass — just with a little more space ☺️

For now, everything will remain exactly the same at our current location while refurbishment works begin at Periwinkle next month.

Once everything is nearly complete, we’ll temporarily close for a short time to make the move and then reopen as quickly as possible in our beautiful new home.

This next chapter feels incredibly special to us, and we honestly cannot wait to bring you all along for the journey. We’ll be sharing sneak peeks, updates, and behind-the-scenes moments over the coming weeks ✨

Thank you for all the love, support, excitement, and encouragement you’ve already shown us — it truly means the world to us.

After nearly a decade of Periwinkle Bistro, the time has come for a new chapter… 🤍

What started as a little dream became a place filled with coffee dates, celebrations, conversations, familiar faces, tapas nights, music evenings, and so many memories we’ll treasure forever.

We are incredibly grateful to every single person who has supported Periwinkle over the years — whether you visited once or became part of our daily life here, thank you.

While Periwinkle Bistro will be closing its doors, this isn’t goodbye for us…

There’s a little secret we’ve been keeping… although we think it may already be starting to get out 👀🤫

We’re so excited to announce that our other family business, Hourglass Speakeasy Boutique, will be moving into the space and bringing a beautiful new experience with it.

Hourglass has grown more than we ever imagined over the last year, and the support, love and feedback we’ve received has been incredible. We’ve simply outgrown our current space, and we’re so excited for what lies ahead.

This next chapter feels incredibly special to us, and we cannot wait to share it with you 💕

As we head into our final weekend at Periwinkle, we’re filled with mixed emotions — sadness as we say goodbye to a place that has been such a huge part of our lives as a family, but also excitement for the future and everything that’s still to come.

Thank you for the memories, the laughter, the support, and for being part of our journey over the last decade. We couldn’t have done it without you 🤍
