We have seen claims circulating online about this pub and we want to respond once.
We do not employ, and have never employed, two brothers.

No member of our staff has any conviction for any offence. We have seen documentary confirmation of this. Nobody working here has been accused of or charged with any offence involving children.

We have run this pub for 20 years. We know our staff and we know our customers. We would not employ anyone we believed posed a risk to anyone who comes through our doors.

Since these claims began we have received abuse and threats, including threats to our lives. This has been reported to the police and is with them. We will not be commenting further, and we won't be responding to messages about this.
