A hero of our cheese counter ❤️ this is Rollright by King Stone Dairy made in Gloucestershire but named after Neolithic stones on the borders of Oxfordshire and Warwickshire. A lovely soft spoonable cheese - expect richness, umami, meaty and woody flavours thanks to its washed rind and spruce bark band. Keep it company with a still or sparkling white and you’re in for a good time 🧀 🥂
