When I say ‘we’, I mean it in the truest sense. As we approach our tenth year here, it feels like the perfect moment to give huge thanks to our fantastic team, to our brilliant suppliers, to each of you who visit us and all those of you who voted!
We also feel a huge debt to the building itself. Jane and I have always viewed ourselves custodians of something that was here long before us, and will be here long after us. Our job is to pour as much love and energy in to the building as we can, and to keep it all going.
Every time you decide to come for a pint at The Compasses, or celebrate a birthday, or make it the end point of your walk, you are investing in the future of this beautiful little pub and its team. Thank you. Ben 🍻
