Herbs & Spices...Instead of a coffee, if youre suffering with anxiety..try a Chai Latte!

Chai contains less caffeine than coffee. It contains an amino acid that promotes calm, steady focus...worth a try!

Talking slowly might be tricky for me..haha...I will try today.

Its also Action Anxiety day...a horrible feeling of dread like someone is following you up a dark alley ..must be really debilitating. So...get out in nature...chill with some nice music...and grab a chai latte!
