Social media, it’s been a while!!
I can only apologise for the lack of social media content the past few weeks. Juggling business, moving house, a new baby and everything else in-between has felt pretty overwhelming to say the least!
Now that things have now started to feel slightly more organised, I’m hoping to be able to get more Spice&Grind material to share showing the behind the scenes and day to day with the fabulous team ❤️ Let us know if there is anything in particular you would like to see!
