A date for your diary! Tickets for our Laurent-Perrier X Ardor Dinner are officially LIVE.

Chef Dorian and the team warmly invite you to join us for an elegant evening of banquet-style dining. We’re bringing everyone together around the table for a curated five-course tasting menu, pairing celebrated Laurent-Perrier cuvées, with exceptional produce from and featuring throughout the menu.

For one night only, the team at Ardor are joining forces with Ch*****ne Laurent-Perrier for an incredible five-course collaboration.

Rooted in Chef Dorian’s career journey, from his time at two-Michelin-starred Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons to visiting the historic vineyards of Ch*****ne, our team has crafted an evening pairing the finest local seafood, with the iconic golden bubbles.

Consider this your invitation to kick off the celebratory season early with us.

Sunday Roast at Ardor is back!

Starting Sunday 27th September, join us every weekend from 12–3 PM for our signature spin on the Sunday roast.

Expect dry-aged beef, rotisserie chicken, and weekly roast specials, all paired with traditional sides elevated by a Mediterranean twist. We’re already dreaming of jamón fat roast potatoes, manchego cauliflower cheese, seasonal greens, and all the gravy!

Grab your favourite people and spend your Sunday afternoon with us in the heart of St Ives.

As the seasons shift and the nights draw in, the atmosphere at Ardor becomes something pretty special. The lights get turned down low, warmth and energy radiate from our open kitchen, and a whole new buzz fills the room.

A massive thank you to everyone who visited us over the summer; it was genuinely one for the record books, and we’re so proud of what we’re building here year on year.
