We're on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. The role will generally be based on a 4 day week with extra days as needed to cover additional shifts during staff holidays / absences.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring the highest quality of food production and service
