🕒 Approx. 20 hours per week
🌙Around 3 shifts per week, Tuesday–Sunday
💷 £14-£15 per hour + tips
We’re looking for a warm, confident and proactive Front of House Supervisor to join our small, close-knit team at Gracey’s Pizza.
Gracey’s is an independent pizzeria serving up Italian-American style crispy pizza pies since early 2022. We’re open 6 evenings a week, plus daytime at weekends, balancing a relaxed and friendly dine-in experience with a busy takeaway service. 🍕✨

About the role 🙌
As our Front of House Supervisor, you’ll help set the tone for the pizzeria — creating a great atmosphere, connecting with customers and making sure every guest has the best possible experience.
You’ll oversee smooth service on shift, support the team where needed, and help ensure all cleaning and operational tasks are completed to a high standard.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our front-of-house hosts, chefs and slicers/boxers to deliver a high volume of pizzas while keeping service friendly, organised and professional. 🍕💪
We’re looking for someone who has:
⭐ 2+ years’ experience in hospitality
⭐ A warm, friendly and personable approach
⭐ Strong communication skills and confidence leading the front of house
⭐ Great attention to detail and high standards
⭐ The ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment
⭐ A proactive mindset and the ability to solve problems using initiative
⭐ Genuine pride in great food, great service and every pizza we send out
