So we’ve put all the summer favourites on the menu, including our lovely Genki Salad Bowl. A green health and tasty salad of chargrilled savoy cabbage and broccoli, butter beans, edamame beans and pickled red onion, on a bed of fresh local allotment leaves. If you’re lucky you’ll get an edible flower on top, this time of year it’s rocket (thank you Chris and Billy).

Drench in Parmesan Caesar salad (literally for me, the top of our shaker came off thank you Orla)!

Then add a topping of tarragon chicken, smoked salmon or beetroot falafel and some toasted seeds… and some warm focaccia … woohoo!!

£12.50 and it’s all ready fresh each day so you can order for lunch or come and grab and coffee and get a take-away. WhatsApp on 07597157194 if you’re in a rush and we’ll do for collection :0)

Passionfruit Rum SLUSHI cocktails!

A tropical mix of passionfruit, rum and lime all slushied together to make a very drinkable iced cocktail! Available from 3pm on sunny days so you can enjoy a refreshing end to a day at the beach as you walk back up Quay to the village … or down Quay Road to the cove!

We think it might be salad weather this weekend and we have a beautiful green salad that hits all the healthy and tasty notes… anyone like charred broccoli, butter beans, red onion, edamame and savoy in a Parmesan Caesar dressing?…

Got some more plants on their way … Adding to these stunning beauties! Come and have a mooch and listen to the trees rustle, the stream trickling.. and the birds of course. What a nice way to spend an hour or so. And we have superfast WiFi so you can hop online if you want to or get that creative writing out! 🌺🪴☕️
