What a week! .28 have absolutely smashed their opening week in Melbourn.

Earlier this year. Michael and Steff approached us to chat all things, equipment, coffee and training. We've supplied them with a custom colour coded grinders and a - paired with our Brazil on house espresso duties this makes for a super consistent setup with great results.

BELOYA – ETHIOPIA

A classic, super sweet expression of place, this washed smallholder lot is full of stone fruit and florals. It makes for a delicate, clean filter brew, but the intense sweetness also translates really well into espresso.

This is our third year buying from the Beloya washing station, and one we always look forward to. It also marks the start of our Ethiopian offerings; time to get excited!
