We're looking for experienced, full-time Chefs, all grades, from commis to Snr Chef de Partie for our fabulous seafood restaurant in Rye, East Sussex. It's a hands-on role with seasonal local produce at our heart, working along side Chef Paul Webbe

Owner, Paul Webbe, has his own cookery school on the 2nd floor of Webbes at the Fish Café, Rye. Offering day courses that incorporate a whole host of ingredients & various cooking skills. From sustainable local fish to shucking Rye Bay Scallops, making Blackberry ice cream or raspberry macarons, the day is all about food and learning some valuable kitchen skills to use at home.
