Mi fydd hi'n 10 mlynedd yn mis Hydref ers colli Myfyr mewn damwain car. Felly i gofio amdano mae criw o'i deulu a'i ffrindiau yn codi a***n tuag at Ambiwlans Awyr Cymru drwy seiclo o Queensferry i Chepstow (600 milltir) ar hyd arfordir Cymru. Bydd y daith yn dechrau dydd Sadwrn, yr 2ail o Orffennaf, ac yn gorffen (gobeithio) dydd Sul, y 10fed o Orffennaf.

It will be 10 years in October since the loss of Myfyr in a car accident. A group of his family and friends are raising money towards Wales Air Ambulance by cycling from Queensferry to Chepstow (600miles) along the coast of Wales in his memory. The journey will start on Saturday 2nd of July, and finish (hopefully) on Sunday, 10th of July.
