From the ground up—no shortcuts 💪
Laying down is easy. Standing up and fighting to build a new version of yourself—that’s the work.
Your worth it!! 🤜🤛

Marriage is basically just spotting each other through life… and heavy sets 😂💪
When I want to quit, she’s right there pushing me past it.
When she needs it, I’ve got her too.
Stronger every day — in the gym and in life. ❤️

And alone the way we make sure we laugh and play , because life's too short to be serious 😁

This isn’t just gym partners — this is how we do life. Pushing each other, lifting each other, and never letting the other quit.

Love, sweat, and a whole lot of teamwork. 🖤

Progress takes time and effort, and honestly, it's hard. There are days when I feel like giving up, but seeing how far I've come keeps me going. It's all about finding happiness in my own journey. ❤️
