Day off and baby out to the park means momma spent some quality time in the kitchen and made some awesome beetroot & mixed seeds patties and a lemon & poppy seeds wholemeal loaf for dessert (drizzled some plant-based yoghurt on it and a bit of maple syrup because why the heck not?) 😁

Today is a special day, our baby girl turned one and we're still in awe of how lucky we are to have her in our lives. Celebration called for a sugar free, gluten free avocado&banana chocolate cake which went down a treat. Happy birthday, you gorgeous little girl! ❤️❤️
