Welcome to On the rocks at Quigleys, a new, informal and welcoming setting where you can enjoy a unique dining experience! Our menu offers simple sharing starters, indulgent desserts and of course the unique On the rocks main event! Here at On the rocks, you make your selection of the freshest cuts of meat, which is presented to your table on your own volcanic ‘Hot Rock’! This lets you cook the ingredients exactly to your own taste and the simplicity of the freshest, locally sourced meat, cooked to your liking makes the food incredibly tasty. It’s about you here at On the rocks…if you have a particular cut or special meat that you’d like to try…just give us a call the day before and we’ll source it for you! We want to give you an opportunity to enjoy some great food followed by a great craic. Conveniently located in the newly converted space upstairs in Quigleys, we’ve got the best combination of live music, good food and fun times. Looking forward to welcoming you to the most unique dining experience in Rugby!

EVERYONE HAS THEIR WAY… HERE’S MINE! 🥩🔥

For me, it’s always an 8oz fillet!

First, a little garlic butter melting over the top, followed by a generous spoonful of our house chimichurri. 🌿

Then I slice off a bite, give it a quick sear on each side of the lava stone and straight in. Medium-rare, every time! 🤤
