Merluzzo Arrecanato. Traditional Neapolitan recipe, actually in Napoli we do with Baccalà (salted Cod) but, I’ll tell you with fresh plump Cod it’s absolutely delicious. Just garlic, extra virgin Olive Oil, Black Olives, under salt Capers, and the magic is done!
