Weāre suddenly feeling all Mediterranean š
And you can almost feel the sunshine in our menu this week with influences from Spain, Italy, Greece & Turkey in every dishā¦
First up, paella š„
Slightly smoky, sweet with tomatoes and peppers and savoury twists with triple cooked tofu pieces, sliced artichokes and olivesā¦
And you all seem to love aubergines, so weāre loading up a flatbread with them⦠served with tzatziki, herby salads, hummus and pickles
Our weekly stew is a sesame rich chickpea stew packed full of spinach and green herbsā¦
And thereās more herbs in our cauli bites (with a lot of lemon) and also in some crispy courgette fritters served with a tomato salad and citrus emulsion
