Mental to think, Tom and I have made these outrageous and creative specials today… something comes out my mouth, and Tom finds a way of making it, it’s good teamwork. For Scaz to just turn around and say why didn’t you do Scottish tablet? 🫣 didn’t even cross our brains, just went for being outside the box today 🤣
🏴 Today we have scotlands very own energy drink, made into an ice cream topping sauce, do you know how embarrassing it is to be on the edge of 30 and buying Bucky in the co op? Anything for the specials… yes buckfast sauce for your vanilla is available today 🫣
As well as;
🏴 Porridge ice cream, healthy right? We toasted some rolled oats and let them warm up in our base mix, we then strained half of it and left half the oats in for a light blending and left them maturing over night int he fridge.
Touch of cinnamon and a whack of golden syrup as well as some juicy raisins, to top it all off we’ve caramelised some of the oats to give that granola crunch feel. Truly remarkable stuff. Now who cares about the weather, we are Scottish and our skin is waterproof, so no matter the weather outside the window, it’s always ice cream weather.
