Since making the switch, the feedback has been absolutely incredible! We genuinely can’t thank everyone enough for the lovely comments, reviews and continued support. ❤️

WHAT A FIRST 3 DAYS! 🐟👑❤️

We just want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has supported us over the last 3 days since we made the switch to beef dripping.

It has been absolutely MANIC and today you officially SOLD US OUT! 😂

The response to the beef dripping has honestly been better than we could have imagined, and our coley special has been flying out too! Hearing all your feedback and seeing so many new and familiar faces coming through the door has made the madness completely worth it.

As you can probably tell from the photo, Julia is absolutely KNACKERED 😂 and apparently selling out doesn’t mean we get to go home… because we’ve still got all the cleaning to do! 🧹😂

Thank you as well to everyone who has been patient with us during the busy periods. We really do appreciate it.

Three days down… now somebody get Julia a chair. 😂❤️

Thank you everyone,
Fish King

FISH, CHIPS & SAUCE £7.45! NOW COOKED IN BEEF DRIPPING!

Firstly, we just want to say a massive thank you for the incredible response to our switch to traditional beef dripping! ❤️

After our first day using it, the kind words and feedback from the local community have been amazing. It means a lot to us and we’re so glad so many of you are enjoying the change.

We know fish & chips can be an expensive treat nowadays, which is why alongside improving the quality, we also want to make sure we have something that offers really good value.

That’s where our Coley Special comes in…

🐟 Medium Coley + Chips + Any Sauce — £7.45

Or Medium Coley on its own — £6.50

Coley is a mild, flaky white fish and a fantastic alternative to cod almost identical and at a fraction of the price and now its cooked in our traditional beef dripping for that proper chippy flavour and crispy batter.

If you’ve never tried coley before, give it a go and let us know what you think! 😊

Thank you again for all the support, Rotherham.

BEEF DRIPPING IS COMING TO FISH KING! 🐟👑

From tomorrow, we’ll be cooking in traditional beef dripping, bringing back that premium authentic chippy tea taste!

We know fish & chips can be a bit of a treat nowadays, so when you do have one, we want to make it the best we possibly can.

In our opinion, you just can’t beat that authentic beef dripping flavour and beautifully crispy batter. Proper traditional fish & chips. One sea. One way. The traditional way.

We also understand that beef dripping isn’t suitable for everyone and we’ve taken that into consideration. We don’t want anyone to miss out so that’s why every Wednesday and Saturday we’ll have a separate pan using vegetable oil for customers who require it.

🔥 Now THAT is a kebab.

Our Garlic Naan Kebab loaded with Mediterranean chicken, chicken tikka & lamb doner, served with chips, fresh lettuce, tomato & onion, our homemade pickled red cabbage, and finished with plenty of homemade garlic sauce.

The pickled red cabbage gives it that extra burst of flavour and crunch 👌

Big, fresh, packed with flavour and definitely not shy on the filling!
