Today we were back in Worksop with another beautiful celebration buffet featuring our signature and most popular buffet selection.

There’s something really special about seeing a table filled with so many of our BODIE BAKES favourites, all freshly prepared and homemade with care. 🥪🥧

🤍 Today’s Farewell Buffet 🤍

Today we had the privilege of providing this stunning farewell buffet in the beautiful village of Carlton-in-Lindrick, along with our tea & coffee service, allowing the family and their guests to spend time together while we took care of the catering.

Today’s menu was created with the family’s preferences in mind, with a greater focus on savoury favourites rather than sweet options.

It included some of our BODIE BAKES favourites, including our homemade Scotch eggs, homemade sausage rolls, freshly prepared sandwiches and a delicious selection of savoury accompaniments. 🤍

One thing we always want families to know is that our menus are adaptable. We’re more than happy to discuss your preferences and tailor your buffet to suit your family, whether that means more savoury choices, fewer sweet options or particular favourites you’d like us to include.

Our optional tea & coffee service is also available, meaning refreshments can be taken care of from start to finish and giving families one less thing to organise on the day. ☕

It is always a privilege to be trusted with catering for such an important occasion, and we pride ourselves on providing quality homemade food with a caring, professional and reliable service.

To all our wonderful customers,

Firstly, thank you so much for your continued support. We truly appreciate every single booking and recommendation. ❤️

To help us provide the best possible service and keep everything running smoothly, we’d like to remind everyone of our updated booking policy:

🩵 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
🩵 Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
🩵 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before your event.
🩵 Dates cannot be held without a deposit and may be offered to other customers.
🩵 Any changes to guest numbers or menu choices should be made as early as possible.

As many of you know, our diary fills up quickly—especially weekends and during the Christmas period—so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Today we had the pleasure of creating another beautiful buffet at the fabulous Something Brew Inn for a very special baby shower.

The theme was simply adorable… “We Bearly Can’t Wait to Meet You” 🧸🤍, and it was a joy to be part of such a special celebration for the parents-to-be.

This also marks our fourth consecutive weekend catering at The Something Brew Inn, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the continued support and partnership with such a fantastic local venue.

As always, today’s buffet was freshly prepared with our homemade favourites, beautifully presented and ready for everyone to enjoy.

As many of you know, the next few months are looking incredibly busy for us, and we’d like to thank everyone who continues to support our family business.

Our diary is filling up quickly, particularly for weekend celebrations, so we always recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and avoid disappointment.

Whether you’re planning a wedding, birthday, baby shower, corporate event or family celebration, booking in advance helps us ensure we can give every event the care and attention it deserves.

📅 Booking Information

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. Unfortunately, we cannot reserve dates without a deposit being taken

We understand that funeral gatherings are often arranged at very short notice. We pride ourselves on providing compassionate, homemade catering for Celebration of Life gatherings and will always do our very best to accommodate these bookings whenever possible, even if our diary is busy.
