Our FIRST Wednesday Musical Afternoon was a huge success thanks to Evie and Emily! And our guests from WING loved them too!
So we’re looking to build a list of local musicians to come along on a Wednesday afternoon, maybe once every month or so for maybe an hour to entertain our customers!
Music is so therapeutic and music in a community Cafe nestled in a sensory garden is a perfect combination!

It was a delight to welcome Evie, Emily, Carol and Steve to Winthrop for our first ‘Musical Afternoon’ taking full advantage of our newly acquired Clavinova digital piano!!! The girls were just amazing and are happy for us to share this video!
And even better - our lovely friends from WING were here to share the enjoyment!!

What a wonderful community of which we are part!!

Whitestone Solar Farm are holding a sign up day on Friday 21st August at different locations across the area, to help local residents register to take part in the upcoming examination process in relation to the solar farm planning application affecting the local area.

You must register as an ‘interested party’ to submit your feedback on the project to the Examining Authority and speak at public hearings - the sign up sessions will help people to do this.
