Tomorrow, my dear friend Teeny will take on a half marathon in loving memory of her beautiful sister, Rose, who sadly passed away from cancer in May ❤️

Teeny is not only honouring Rose’s memory, but also raising much-needed funds for Monaghan/Cavan Palliative Care, helping support the incredible care given to people and families during some of the most difficult moments in life.

Rose will be with you in every mile Teeny❤️

Wishing you the very best of luck tomorrow. You are doing something truly special, and I know Rose would be incredibly proud of you.

Run with love, run with courage and run for Rose❤️🌹

Teeny would be so grateful if yous could support the wonderful work this team does. Every donation, will help them continue to provide vital care, comfort and support to others and their families when they need it most.

Martin recently interviewed for our latest job opening. The task? Open a bin liner bag.

Unfortunately, after careful consideration, we’ve decided not to progress his application any further. There were concerns around his problem-solving abilities😂😂🤦🏻‍♀️

Better luck next time Martin Lynch

What are your Saturday plans? ☕️🧘🏻‍♀️🛍️🤍

Coffee, Pilates & a little vintage shopping… sounds like a pretty good Saturday to us! ✨

There’s lots happening in our little village tomorrow and we LOVE to see it! 🥰

Why not make a morning of it? Pop along to Áine Ní Mhurchú Vintage Pop-Up Sale for a little browse 🛍️ and check out the opening day of Align by Aoife’s brand new Pilates studio 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

And of course, call into Chew & Brew for your fuel before, during or after ☕️🥐🍳 Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or simply your favourite coffee, we’ve got you covered 🤍

We love seeing so many lovely things happening in our little village & supporting local 🤍

Your coffee, your way ☕️🤎

We’ve got plenty of alternatives so you can enjoy your favourite cuppa just how you like it!

🥛 Oat milk
🥥 Coconut milk
🌰 Almond milk
☕️ And don’t forget — we have decaf tea & coffee too!

Perfect if you’re avoiding dairy, prefer an alternative milk, or just don’t fancy the caffeine later in the day 🙌🏼

Same coffee fix, just made to suit you ✨
