Hello everyone hope you all well.

We will be going through and returning all the deposit this afternoon/evening.

It’s been sad to see that alot of people loves a bit of drama still and are ready to jump on the band wagon,

As has already been said venue was confirmed and we confirmed that member of the team would visit the pub on Friday to have alook so if we needed anything we had Saturday to buy it, on arrival they got turned away .

I am out the country because we now live out the country we were returned especially for this event unfortunately due to work I was notable To go in the end but the rest of the team were, we have lost £500 on flights, we had are staff in uk who now have other jobs take the weekend off so they could work this event which they were really looking forward to! Also had who had moved up north and coming down to work the event, not to mention all the stock that has been bought and marinated so we could serve everyone. The most disappointing thing that the whole team are sad was that we were not able to serve our lovely customers this weekend. Just in casa anyway has any doubts this is the pictures confirming the venue

Evening Everyone,

Please people THIS IS NOT A SCAM!!

There has been a miscommunication with tomorrow event so unfortunately it has been cancelled.

We will be booking at a different location within the next 2 weeks.

So everyone that has booked and would a refund to cancel their table please kindly message us as we will refund you we have already messaged people about refunds.

People that would still like to keep their bookings keep your eyes peeled for a different location.

Firstly like to thank everyone for the amount of messages has been insane so glad you have all missed our food.

So we have a date 26th March Sunday - venue the horse and groom have kindly let us use there kitchen and tack room for the day for the event.

Instead of messaging each one individually if you could messages with the time and amount of people you would like- due to the high demand we are doing 3 seatings 1st being between 12-1 second 3/4pma d last 6-7 this are the times to arrive and you can be there 2/3 hours to get your fix.

We will work on first come first serve basis, Based on the 1st messages we received

Again due to the high demand we are taking a dep of£10 per adult and £5 per child which will be deducted of the bill on the day

Once again thank you soo much and we are so excited to be doing this

Hello everyone hope your all well and enjoying your evening.

We have contacted most of our customers that were booked in for a busy feb but look like we may of missed a couple so posting on here.

We will no longer be opening skewer house for various reasons which I don’t wish to discuss on here if any of our friends or lovely customers would like to discuss it further please msg us and we will respond. I will listen to the rumours later they are usually hilarious so will give me something to laugh about later.

As you can imagine we are very disappointed and frustrated but we had to make a decision.

We would like to thank you all for your custom and support been a great pleasure serving you all in rochford and mostly great memories, we have made some amazing friends and met so many amazing people.

We will continue to do events etc and available for party hire with our van you can add the page skewer house on wheels.

We will be looking to see if we can hire a hall or space so we can go out with a bang and invite our customers/ friends for not a goodbye but a see you again soon, as we will be hoping to get back into the area in the future.

Mum still has O Picado restaurant in westcliff so you can still get your skewer fix and she is obviously the best cook. On the London road near the palace theatre.

Finally would love to see your pictures at skewers house with your memories if you post on our page your pictures at skewer house would be lovely to see

Customer notice!!! Our luck just seems to get better

We having few issues with the restaurant power and gas keep going off we have had various sengineers out to look at it and have been told it needs to be rewired and replumbed as it’s all old and with the add on made over the years just overloaded. The gas is still on a residential supply rather than comercial.

Due to this we will have to close until this is resolved we apooogies for any inconvenience.

We will keep you posted.

We have tried to contact the booking we have for this evening and over the weekend and could
Not get hold of everyone if you could please share this would be appreciated
