🌊☕ We loved welcoming Sam Culley and his parents to Reef Cafe as they neared the end of their incredible coastal path walk.
Thanks for stopping by and sharing your journey with us, Sam! Wishing you all the best for the final miles. 👏🚶‍♂️

Freshly cleaned, shining bright, and almost too nice to use 😅✨

Big thanks to Stuart and the crew for the hard work — our fryer’s had more attention than most of us!

Now… who wants a job in this shiny kitchen? We’re hiring kitchen staff, so get in touch if you’re interested 🍟✨

A short walk from the cafe

The new Netflix documentary ‘The Murder of Rachel Nickell’ and series ‘The Witness’ comes out today.

Rachel’s life was tragically cut short in one of Britain’s most infamous murder cases, but what many people don’t realise is that she had family roots in Dorset.

Inside St Catherine’s Chapel, on the cliffs above Ringstead Bay, are beautifully engraved windows created in her memory by Simon Whistler, son of the renowned engraver Laurence Whistler, whose work can be seen at Moreton Church. He filled them with birds, sea and coastal plants, rooting Rachel’s memory in the beauty of the Dorset landscape she was connected to.

They add a quiet, poignant layer to an already special place and is one of those moments where Dorset’s landscape reveals an unexpected human story.

These windows ensure that Rachel will not be forgotten, connecting this small coastal settlement to a life that touched the wider world.
