It's the perfect evening for some time at the Forest Spa before dinner at the Coach House, soaking up this late June sunshine. Our Evening Spa and Coach House experience is a lovely way to spend a summer evening. A couple of hours at the spa, a swim in the pool, time in the thermal spa, hot tub and lounge areas, then it's off to the Coach House for a seasonal supper. Here the plates are inspired by the estate and the produce from our gardens and orchard, so there's always something new to try. Alfresco too, when the weather's like this.

Time for tea? Our Coach House afternoon tea is filled with exciting flavours and textures drawn from the garden. Here you'll find creative takes on the traditional afternoon tea sandwich, generously filled on homemade bread, while every morning the scones are freshly baked in the ovens, filling the air with the most delicious smell. There are fruit and savoury options to choose between, and for the sweet treats, expect garden fruits in our classic trifles, delicate meringues and berry tarts bursting with flavour. Delicious.

The weather up here in Yorkshire is a little undecided at the moment, sometimes a rain shower, sometimes golden sunshine. Happily, with our menus changing daily here at the Coach House, there's always something to suit.

On the cooler, rainy days you can settle in with rich, comforting plates, and when the sun's out you'll find delicious early summer salads from the garden, plentiful and crisp.
