It is with a heavy heart that we announce the Bistro will be closed permanently from today due to ill health. Chris Lloyd had been the owner and chef for 2 decades and he would like to thank all of his staff (past and present) as well as all of our customers for their continued support. All those who have paid deposits will be contacted and our phone line will remain open for enquiries, but we will no longer be reachable on our social media pages or email.

Hi, we reluctantly had to close the Bistro the weekend just gone and cancel all the bookings.
Due to ongoing health issues things came to a head last Friday morning and I ended up in hospital for 24 hrs. Back home now and resting and will be OPEN THIS WEDNESDAY 28th June.
Without going into to much detail I have a further appointment with consultant next week and we'll see where that takes us.
May I take this opportunity to say sorry to all the customers who had booked and were very understanding and all the family, friends and staff who have been brilliant.
