Can believe am having to write this again ! ⸻

🚨 Important Notice to Parents 🚨

We want to make parents aware of some ongoing issues we’ve experienced in the shop recently.

Unfortunately, a small number of young people have been coming in and behaving in a way that is completely unacceptable — being rude to staff, causing damage to our toilets, and even underage drinking.

Earlier today, a large group came in and one individual deliberately urinated all over the toilet, floor, and wall, and then broke our soap dispenser. This level of behaviour is extremely disrespectful and will not be tolerated.

We are a family-friendly business and work hard to provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for everyone. Our staff should never have to deal with situations like this.

As a result, we are now putting the following measures in place:

* Toilet access will be restricted and kept locked
* Young people will not be permitted to sit in the shop without a responsible adult present

We kindly ask parents to speak with their children about respecting local businesses, staff, and shared spaces.

We appreciate the support from the vast majority of our customers who are always respectful 💖

🗣️ "It is an unnecessary cost."

We are having a smashing morning here at sprinkles 🙄😢💔 not a happy Friday for us

We come in early to get cakes baked and fresh food made for Friday
And while entering the shop one of our windows have been smashed 😡 this is very upsetting and of course a very unnecessary cost !

We will be going through the cctv with the police and of course the street cameras!
There is cameras facing directly onto that window!

If the person who smashed the window wants to do the right thing and own up to this and pay for the repairs and replacement of the window then we won’t press vandalism and criminal damage charges! Then you know what to do
