Did you know the Buttermarket is a project run by Redruth Revival CIC?
The Buttermarket is a social enterprise food hall and one of Redruth Revival’s flagship projects, created to support independent businesses, bring more people into the town centre and contribute to the wider regeneration of Redruth.
Our independent kitchens are run by local businesses, while profit from Earles Bar and the operations of the Buttermarket is reinvested into our community projects and heritage regeneration work.
As Redruth Revival looks ahead to its next chapter, we’re looking for two new Directors to join the Board and bring fresh perspectives, skills and experience to the organisation.
No previous Board experience is required. We’re looking for people who care about Redruth and want to play an active role in shaping the future of the organisation and its work in the town.
Applications close Monday 28th September.

Help shape the future of Redruth. Join our Board.
Redruth Revival is seeking two new Directors to join our Board at a pivotal moment in our development. Following the successful transformation of the Buttermarket, we are now planning our next phase of heritage-led regeneration and want to bring in fresh perspectives, new skills, and lived experience to help guide our future direction.
We’re looking for people who can think strategically, contribute constructively, and share our commitment to Redruth and its community. You don’t need previous board experience; what matters most is your enthusiasm, insight, and willingness to play an active role in shaping positive change.
If you’re excited by possibility, motivated by community impact, have a can-do attitude and are keen to champion Redruth and support the town’s regeneration, we’d love to hear from you.
Join us at our informal Behind the Scenes at the Buttermarket event on Monday 14 September, 6 to 7.30pm, to meet the Board, hear about our future plans and find out more about becoming a Director.
Find out more via our website. Applications open Tuesday 15th September, following the recruitment event, and close on 28th September.
