And just like that… the doors to Ginger’s Diner have closed for the final time. 🩷💙

What an incredible way to say goodbye. Today was full of familiar faces, laughter, hugs, memories and more love than I could have imagined.

Ginger’s was always so much more than a café. It became a little community, a safe and welcoming space, and a huge part of my life.

Thank you to every single person who has walked through our doors, supported us, shared our posts, bought a coffee or cake, and believed in what we created. And thank you to everyone who joined us today for one final celebration.

Closing the doors tonight was emotional, but I’m leaving this chapter incredibly proud and grateful.

What a journey. What a way to finish.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. 🩷💙
