Invisible apple cake is a light, custardy bake made almost entirely of paper thin, sliced apples. The slices are stacked so closely they fuse into soft layers, with just enough batter to bind them into a delicate, almost translucent cake. It’s tender, gently sweet and we add a good splash of Amaretto because well, why not 💜

Breton Butter Cake (Gateau Breton)...
If you love shortbread, this is the cake for you! Heavy on the salted butter and egg yolks, it's often described as a cross between shortbread and cake. Ours has a little organic lemon extract mixed through the batter and a hidden layer of apricot compote inside 💜

This is one of our complimentary Herby Green Salads from an order earlier today... Leaves, Dill, Coriander, Flat Leaf Parsley and Edible Flowers then dressed with Lavender, Pomegranate Powder, Sicilian Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Maldon Sea Salt and our 3 Pepper Blend (black, Pink and Szechuan).
