Well HELLO everyone.
So as you know I've been selling most of my cake stuff, pretty much all of it has gone now but the few bits I have are on Marketpkace under Aly Maddison. Further discounts can be had depending on what people want. It's in storage now so will take me 24hours to access things.
Anyway I've been back in the kitchen briefly today making Biscotti. I love Biscoffi and it's not cheap to buy for just a few pieces. I very often have these dunked into a lovely strong filter coffee out of my Nespresso Vertuo machine. They honestly do the BEST decaf pods.
To save some pennies and to get way more than a few shop bought ones, I thought I'd make them.
These are just simple chocolate chip ones. Super easy to make, although they are in and out of the oven 3 times they are still easy.
Next time I make these (choc orange next time) I'll post the recipe with pictures.
These are crunchy but you can eat still without having to dunk. My boys are happy about that! I've not tested in a coffee yet (other hot drinks can be had too) but I will later today. They need the dunk test.
There are sooo many variations of these, different ingredients, different flavours, different sizes to name a few.
I like the recipe I've used and will adapt to different flavours.
As I get back in the kitchen to start baking for my family, I will share recipes so you too can learn to bake. I know many have asked me for recipes and how to make advice and help. So I'll be back soon as I know these won't last long at all, they have already been pinched by my lot.

Pushpop display stand. £20. This holds around 84 pushpops. Great for weddings, kids parties, celebrations. Pushpop containers not included but I do have 50 for sale with smaller display stands. See previous posts.

All cake boxes are reduced to £1 or less. Need to get rid and still have a fair few even after selling quite a lot. If they were £1.50 they are now £1. All others are the same If less than £1 already.

Next lot are here. God it's been a mission. These are more of the fancy stuff. There is still more but think I've got through most boxes. Just a few more to go.
I can offer discounts on bulk buying stuff on all the things I have for sale. Everything must go. Sooner the better. I can post but be aware there will be a minimum postage charge of £3.50 and then it will go on weight and increase if over certain weights.

Well what a day. It was like a full on baking day. I wasn't expecting such a response to items I'm selling.
Thought I'd quickly put the latest stuff on. All prices and details are on the photos. After looking back at what I paid for Cupcake boxes I've tried to do the best price. After these are on. I'll put everything else on that's left. I do still have some stuff to go through though.
