Sorry not sorry for closing on Monday! .caf.community and went on a trip to the country… visited the lovely Mandy and Regan made us the most beautiful drinks. Spot of lunch (mainly chips), impromptu arts trail and visiting our Dee Caf regular, One-eyed John, at Royal Berks Hospital. Told him the Reading score and it made him smile ❤️

Thank you to my staff! You are wonderful and funny and kind. Had the best time!

From everyone at Dee Caf Community Café and The Garage Café… we wish you all the love and luck for today and the future. You have our support… whether they’re the results you want or not quite what you expected, come by, we can chat over a free ice pop!
Remember, whatever happens today….. the world has a way of working itself out. My A level results were far from what I was predicted, I didn’t go to the uni I wanted, I ended up going somewhere else and had the best time of my life and met lifelong friends. I studied English, taught English and now I run 2 cafes! You never know where life will take you, go with it… the world is big and life is full of adventures 🙌🏽

The word is spreading about our perfect bacon baps!
Last 2 weeks we have sold out no matter how much we stock up! The bacon is air fried crispy to perfection, baps are custom made by Warings Bakery We make it to order so it’s super fresh and not dry.
We’ve upped our bacon game since poor Yvonne came and had a bacon bap that definitely wasn’t good enough. We trained everyone up, checked our processes and made sure we were all cooking the same way. Genuinely sorry to Yvonne but also thank you for giving us constructive feedback in your review. When reviews are constructive and helpful, we’ll take it seriously and it’ll help us become better. Any reviews written to hurt and spread misinformation will be challenged and then forgotten because we are very busy and important people!
