The Mods Asian Salads 🥗

In order of slides:
Laab Ped - an aromatic, spicy minced duck salad from North East Thailand (Isaan) and Laos. Duck confit duck leg, minced duck, lemon grass, shallots, mint, chilli & fish sauce. Served with nam jim dip, fresh Thai veggies and sticky rice.

Yum Ko Moo Yang - Grilled pork collar, tossed with lime juice, fish sauce, palm sugar, chilli flakes, shallots and toasted rice powder. Served with nam jim sauce, fresh Thai veggies and sticky rice.

Ketoprak - A popular Jakarta, Indonesia street food dish consisting of fried tofu, steamed rice cake, bean sprouts, rice vermicelli, sliced cucumber and peanut sauce.

Grilled Chicken Somtum Thai - Grilled half chicken with sambal & green papaya salad tossed in fish sauce, lime juice, palm sugar, green beans, tomatoes & peanuts. Served with nam jim dip and sticky rice.

Somtum Thai - Green papaya salad tossed in fish sauce, lime juice, palm sugar, green beans, tomatoes & peanuts. Served on a bed of lettuce.
